WEST KEY KAMALA VILLA
House Cleaning:
It is our practice to agree with guests upon arrival on the time of the day when the maid will visit to clean the villa, including changing bed sheets and towels. If guests have no preference, the maid will perform her cleaning chores daily and change bed sheets and towels every three days. Daily changes may result in an additional charge.
Maintenance:
A very dedicated man serves as janitor and gardener. He typically visits every day to ensure everything is in good operating condition and will advise the managing director of and take prompt action to repair any malfunctioning equipment, as the case may be. As with the maid, the time of his visits may be set in agreement with guests.
Laundry:
While WEST KEYVilla does not provide laundry services to guests, this will not be a problem for you as there are numerous laundry shops in Kamala, and one just 50 meters away. Laundry shops operate daily, save on statutory and certain religious holidays, and costs are very low.
Ordering Out:
There are a few very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the Villa that will agree to prepare and deliver meals at the villa, provided that you make arrangements with them sufficiently in advance. It may be a one-time brunch or dinner, or breakfast every day of your stay. We will gladly assist you with this, at no charge, but assume no liability to the restaurant; you will pay the agreed charge to the restaurant directly
Special Requests:
We will be happy to organize buffets or special events you may wish to host at the Villa for the members of your party or other friends or family. You need just advise us and go over the details with the managing director in a timely fashion. Thailand truly being a culinary paradise, your buffet may include almost anything found here on restaurants menus. We will gladly assist you with this, at no charge again, but assume no liability to the caterer or other service providers; you will pay them the agreed charge directly. We can also arrange for on-site personal care treatments, such as manicure and massage, assist in booking excursions in and around Phuket, in renting cars and motorbikes, and in hiring a chauffeur with a car or minivan
Rules:
Smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed on the grounds of the Villa.
The Villa’s managing director is fluent in English and Thai.
